Items do look like the picture and are of decent quality; that is the only positive thing I can say. I had to contact the seller given the lack of shipping information, and when they got back to me, while it was relatively quick, it was causal and didn't show any level that they cared or knew what was going on, despite me giving my order number. The product arrived SEVERAL days late despite what I had been promised - the shipping tag was in a kind of 'limbo' for days until after I contacted the seller and even then; no follow-up was sent. Unprofessional all the way around; I am disappointed.
