I never received the item. I contacted the seller to make her aware. USPS couldn’t located the item although showed delivered. I reached out to the seller multiple times for a solution. We all know this loss, the seller as a business owner could have written this off as a loss. However, the seller made the choice to ignore future messages from me. Something happened with another seller, and the other seller replaced the item (due to no fought of myself). I also explained to the seller that I have cameras all around my house and live in a high end neighborhood. I made her aware of this simple to let her know that no one stole it. To this day, the seller has not communicated back to me after multiple attempts. This was NOT an immediate review because I wanted to give this seller ample time to make this transaction right.

Great product arrived on time.
